Let go of your creative inhibitions at The Art Institute Summer Studio 2009. Take part in the artistiCircus of ingenuity as you network with other creative students, learn more about The Art Institute, and showcase your talent in the creative field of your choice.
Daring displays of Digital Photography! Fantastical feats of Fashion! Incredibly intricate Interactive Media! Desperately dangerous displays of unrivaled Animation! Colossally creative Culinary Arts! Dainty and dexterous displays of Interior and Graphic Design! See it all June 22-26, 2009 at The Art Institute of Indianapolis Summer Studio.
Open to high school sophomore, juniors, seniors, and recent 2009 grads, Summer Studio is five days of intensive workshops where you will gain hands-on experience in Culinary, Design, Fashion, or Media Arts. It is a rare opportunity to work along side industry professionals and explore some exciting artistic careers.

Dates & Times:
Check-in (housing and non-housing): 5:00 PM on Monday, June 22, 2009 at the Holiday Inn (located next door to the school, address below)
Cost & Housing Information:
Tuition: $375 |
Tuition with Housing: $650
Must be received by June 15, 2009.
Housing:
Summer Studio participants needing housing will stay at the Holiday Inn (3850 Depauw Blvd., Indianapolis, IN 46268) near The Art Institute of Indianapolis. Adult chaperones will be provided by the school. Hotel reservations will be booked by The Art Institute of Indianapolis. Each participant will be paired up with a Summer Studio roommate. Students staying at the Holiday Inn will need to check-in on Monday, June 22, 2009 by 5:00 PM.
Transportation:
Students are responsible for all transportation/travel costs to get to and from the program at the beginning and end of the week. If a student declines the proposed housing option, he or she is responsible to get themselves to and from the school daily. If the student chooses to take advantage of housing (Holiday Inn), the school will be responsible for getting them back and forth to the school in the mornings and evenings (the hotel is next door to the school). If there is a field trip, the school will provide transportation.
Your application will not be processed without a parental consent form.
